Hines installed two ceiling fans for us and the experience was excellent, wonderful. Basil and his colleague (sorry for my poor memory) were very professional and personable. They helped us make good decisions and the outcome was much easier and better than I expected. The installation was quick, they showed how the fans work and they cleaned up. These guys are absolutely amazing. I needed a new oven and cooktop but had no idea where to even start. They walked me through the whole process, happily answered my many, many questions, and then came over and helped me measure the gap and choose the appliances. Once I had the new oven and cooktop they came over to install them. The technician was friendly and helpful, and charged me significantly less than the quote when he got it done faster than what they’d thought. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be getting the back in for any other electrical work.
